Olivewood
The tree is recycled for the making of different utensils. Before the production of these materials, the tree is sawed in parts and the wood
is dried. The wood is often placed in salted water and is given time to dry. This process takes a long time and because the wood is still
alive, the water and the salt are pushed out of the wood. This can give a white glow to the wood, which is still visible after processing.
After that, the wood is sawed into different dimensions for processing the different products. As a finishing touch, the wood is sanded down
and greased with oil or varnished.
